Delivery Terms and Conditions
Placing the order
In order to purchase goods from SIA Kvadro, you have to add your selected item(s) to the cart, fill in your contact information and choose the preferred delivery option, get confirmation of your order, the invoice and make payment by bank transfer.
After receiving the payment, your order will be prepared and dispatched to your shipping address within 1-3 working days according to your preferred devilery option.
Registering for on-line shopping is not mandatory though registered customers have several advantages – you needn’t fill in contact data for each new purchase; you receive information on our special offers; you have access to your purchase history.
Information about delivery you will receive by e-mail. We will send you confirmation of your order, as well as any details concerning processing, payment and dispatching of the ordered items.
Goods are dispatched on working days only – Monday to Friday, with exception of the official state holidays of the Republic of Latvia.
Delivery options
You can choose your preferred method of delivery:
- To avoid delivery charges, you can pick up the ordered goods in our office: Lielā iela 71, Rīga, LV-1016. Our working hours on weekdays are 9:00 to 16:00
- Orders with weight not above 31.5 kg you can receive in any Post Office Terminal, delivery fee EUR 3,00.
- Delivery by courier to your indicated postal address. Delivery charges depend on the address and the weight of the ordered goods. Charges will be calculated after placing the order and added to the advance invoice.
